Professional Experience:

Ms. Wei has over 15 years of experience on patent drafting, prosecution, invalidation, litigation in the field of mechanical engineering and electrical engineering. Before stepping in IP career, Ms. Wei served as an engineer at Beijing Phillips Technology Co., Ltd. for two years and an engineer at Beijing Duoyuan Electrical Group Ltd. for 4 years and an assistant engineer at Beijing Machine Tool Research Institute for 2 years. Before joining JWT, Ms. Wei has been working as a patent attorney at Liu, Shen & Associates for about 4 years and as a patent attorney at Runping & Partners for 10 years.
