Professional Experience:
Serving as patent attorney for nearly 30 years, Ms. Xu accumulated solid theoretical knowledge and broad professional experience on IP affairs, especially on patent and trademark prosecution, invalidation and litigation. She has handled a large number of patent prosecution cases covering chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, computer Technology, electronic & electricity, software , telecommunication etc. Ms. Xu has been working in Intellectual Property Center of Machinery Industry as the director since 1995. She was awarded Certificate of Honor by the State Intellectual Property Office of the P.R.C in 1995 and was awarded Certificate of Honor by the All-China Patent Attorneys Association in 2008. Before joining JWT, Ms. Xu has been working at IP Center of  Machinery Industry for over 14 years and as a partner at China Trademark and Patent Law Office Co.,Ltd. for about 15 years.

 

Education:
Training Program on Industrial Property Rights held by JIII and AOTS in Japan (2003)；
Visiting scholar at the law school of Washington University (1994 to 1996);
Bachelor Degree on Chemistry at Beijing University (1982)
