A training program about the intellectual property rights system of South Korea was held in Nanjing last week. Officials from the country's IP administrations as well as the heads of South Korean companies and industry associations gave lectures on topics ranging from trademark protection mechanisms to the design patent examination system and technology trading in that country. Representatives from local IP authorities, IP service agencies and companies took part in the activity. South Korea is one of the most important economic partners of Jiangsu province.
